If you pay using PayPal, MasterCard or VISA we will process your order immediately. In most cases your website will be online minutes after we receive your payment.
If you pay by wire transfer, your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. If you want us to process your order faster, please contact us.
Depending on the hosting plan you have chosen, you are allowed to link a number of domains to the same hosting plan.
These domains will be configured as parked domains. This means that all these domain names will point to the same website. You can offcourse receive email on all these domains and use other services.
If you would like to place a completely different website behind a domain name however, you will need to choose a separate hosting plan.
In some cases we do allow this if the new website is somehow linked to the original website. Please contact us about this matter..
If you cross your allowed data transfer limit, nothing will happen.
We will not block your account or bill you the excess volume.
We will monitor your usage according to our F.U.P. (Fair Use Policy).
If your usage is excessive, we will contact you to work out a solution.
The "Optimize Website" option in cPanel will compress content with gzip before it it sent to the browser. This will significantly reduce the amount of data that needs to be sent making your pages load a lot faster.
Pages are only compressed when the browser supports this option.
We recommend to set this option to the setting "Compress the specified MIME types" with the value "text/html text/plain text/xml text/css application/javascript".
To send out emails using SMTP trough your own domain, you would normally use mail.yourdomain.com on port 25.
Certain internet providers block the use of port 25 because this port is commonly abused for sending out unsolicited emils. Please configure your email client to use the alternative SMTP port which is 587.
Our SMTP server also requires identification. Don't forget to enable this option in your mail client.
To make files visible on the internet, you need to place them in the "public_html" folder.
By default you will find a file called "hello.world" in this folder. You can safely delete this file.
Files that are placed outside of the folder "public_html" can not be viewed online.

If you already own a domain name you can transfer it without problems.
The procedure to transfer a domain differs depending on the domain extension.
In general, a code needs to be provided to us in order to initiate the transfer. This code sometimes needs to be provided by the current registrar.

2. you provide this code to us.
3. we initiate the transfer of your domain name, which is done in real-time.
